As a courtesy please remember to call or text 720-979-1920 as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. I have the following policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided, after 10 minutes it is considered a NO SHOW 50% of service will be charged to card on file. If you fail to show up to your schduled appointment without notifying me you will be charged the full service of appointment. I will not rebook clients who have 3 No-Shows! If you fail to schedule your next lash appointment after a 2 week period or 3 week period the next scheduled appointment will be considered as a full set instead of a 2 or 3 week fill. *I do not allow children or any other guests to any scheduled LASH Appointments* Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
