Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please call or text 720-979-1920 as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.
Deposit Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable and will go toward the balance of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled or changed last minute, your deposit will be non-refundable.
Late Policy:
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without notifying me, you will be charged the full cost of the service. Clients with 3 No-Shows will not be rebooked.
Lash Fill Policy:
If more than 2–3 weeks pass between lash appointments, the next appointment will be considered a Full Set, not a fill.
Guests:
Please do not bring children or additional guests to lash appointments.
